What happens after I reach out to you?
Once you reach out to us, our team will follow up with you within 48 hours, either by phone or email, depending on what you provide. We will set up a time for you to speak one-on-one with our founder, Kathy Duffy, so we can understand where you’re at and begin to help you build and carry out a plan of action specific to your needs.
Is my information confidential?
We don’t share your information with anyone outside our team without your consent. We also respect that privacy may be especially important during this time, and we don’t share anything you’ve shared with us with anyone unless you ask us to.
Is there a cost for your services?
We accept contributions for our ministry work. That said, we won’t let finances be a deterrent to getting help. If finances are a concern for you, you don’t need to worry.
What is your response time for inquiries?
We are committed to prompt responses. You can expect to hear from us within 24-48 hours of submitting your inquiry. If your request is time-sensitive or urgent, please let us know, and we’ll prioritize it accordingly.
